Why so many thematics ?

Courses are made of both main and secondary thematics. These are complementary.

This organisation allow a student to taste the whole of the art  - learning, applying / knowing and knowing how to do – while preserving his body by warming up, working on a specific theme through learning and applying , relaxing and, calming. Massaging allow to prepare for next day’s course.

In a martial poursuit, training should include body strengthening and conditioning, internal work (energy) and application work (in self-defense or fighting, with a partner).

This global view of training will be conducted over many days.

What is the level required ?

All our camps are open to everyone. Whether novice or advanced, you will be welcomed.

Whether you are interested in energetic training (for health, spirituality or martial training), in external martial arts (kung fu) or internal martial arts (Taijiquan or Qi Gong), in choregraphic martial arts (taolu), in martial applications, in codified fighting or self-defense, in weapons or bare hands fighting, this program will give you a wide view of the globality of our arts.
