There are several possibilities to come to Bordeaux
Here is a non-exhaustive list of possibilities ...


We wish you an easy access, but we can not be held responsible for any delays, hindrances, traffic jams or cancellations of different means of access.

See you on August 15th at  Bordeaux's  CREPS from 12.30 PM to 8PM to recover your course folder

Warning : the summer camp starts and finishes on a weekend departure or return leave.
It can get crowded on the roads. Be vigilant and take care.

Access routes to Bordeaux
by air
- Bordeaux Airport has some international flights - airport website here
eg : Bordeaux is 1 hour from Paris Orly

by ship
Bordeaux has its port .... more intended for cruise ships here

by train
The TGV station - Bordeaux St Jean - several trains / day ...
Trains (TGV) in France are managed by the SNCF (reservation website here)
(the purchase of tickets is possible 3 months before the date of your trip)
eg Bordeaux is 3h-3h30 from Paris-Montparnasse

By bus
For long trips Eurolines offers different possibilities (site here)

by car
Alone or with others (4-5 according to the car capacity). You can share the cost of gas and tolls.

On our website, we will try to organise car-pooling with other summer camp students (be on line)
but there are also web sites such as-BlaBlaCar (site here)
CREPS Bordeaux-Aquitaine has a reserved parking space

by bike
Why not! Plan a few days to arrive! Your thighs will be developed to begin training.
You will have no problem to do footwork or hard Qigong tranining in Kung Fu or Tai Ji Quan :-)

Walking
Hiking is a really a beneficial activity for human beings ... but really plan to leave a few days before:-).
On average 4-5 km / h and screwy for 6-8 hours / day for a good hiker.
eg over 1149 km apart Lisbon Bordeaux ... it would take over 39 days to arrive;-)



Accessing the CREPS from Bordeaux

By Car

  • "Rocade" (ring road) : Take exit 16 Talence Domaine Universitaire, and then drive about 800 m.

       CREPS fire is 6th on the left.

  •  The boulevards: A Barrier St Genesius, Bayonne.

     Gambetta take the course then the course of the Liberation.

Using Bordeaux Bus
From the airport : There is a shuttle service that connects the city center to the airport to Gare St Jean (site here).
And then to join CREPS

  • by Bordeaux Bus:

       Take line 10 (to Gradignan Beausoleil) (bus stop : Rue St Vincent de Paul in front Bordeaux St Jean)
       and get off at "CREPS" stop.

  • by Tram:

        Line C (pink line) & Line B (Red line), stop "Doyen Brus" - 
         back of the Campus (ask us for the secret code to open the door)
